Warranty

For all products, except batteries and maintenance products, you have 30 days to return, exchange or get a refund for the products, within the limits of our Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy.

Manufacturers’ Limited Warranty for Defects

The limited warranty for defects only applies to products that do not work normally and which, therefore, are defective. Accidental damage, fire damage, theft, and changes in taste or interest are not considered as a defect.

Warning: the warranty for defects applies to defective products 31 days, inclusively, following the date of purchase.

No refund will be issued. Exchanges only.

Service centres reserve the right choose whether to repair or exchange the product.

WARNING: AUDIOAID shall not assume shipping fees for a return or an exchange except in the case of a mistake on our part in your order. You must assume the shipping fees to return merchandise to AUDIOAID and the shipping fees to return the right merchandise to your destination in the case of an exchange.

    Batteries and maintenance products are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

  • Clarity Manufacturer


    The manufacturer’s limited warranty for defects is one (1) year.

    If your amplified phone is defective after the 30-day delay and during the one (1) year warranty period, you must contact the Plantronics Canada centre at 151 Hymus Blvd., Pointe-Claire, Québec, H9R 1E9, (514) 956-8363 or 1-888-394-4493. The centre is tasked with handling defective product returns for all Clarity products. You must have in your possession a proof of purchase for the defective product. Please call the Plantronics Canada centre before sending your product.

    The manufacturer’s limited warranty for defects is one (1) year.

  • WilliamSound Manufacturer

    The manufacturer’s limited warranty for defects is five (5) years.

    Accessories provided with a Williams Sound personal amplifier have a 90-day warranty for defects with the manufacturer.

  • Sennheiser Manufacturer

    The manufacturer’s limited warranty for defects is two (2) years.

    Accessories provided with Sennheiser products have a 90-day warranty for defects with the manufacturer.
