Required Criteria for Returns, Exchanges or Refunds

  • For all products, except batteries and maintenance products, we will perform returns, exchanges or refunds within 30 days of the purchase date of the order. Beyond the 30-day delay, if the product is defective, please refer to our Warranty Policy by clicking here.
  • We will perform returns, exchanges and refunds only if the product is defective, except in the case of batteries and maintenance products, which are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
  • AUDIOAID.COM reserves the right to agree to an exchange or not. AUDIOAID.COM can determine whether an item is defective. If you are not sure whether the item is defective or not, we strongly suggest that you contact our customer service at .
  • Accidental damage, fire damage, theft, and changes in taste or interest are not considered as a defect.
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging with all original accessories and documentation.
  • Open, damaged or unsellable items are not admissible to a return, an exchange or a refund.
  • Batteries and maintenance products are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
  • In the event of a "Final Sale", "Sale" or "Bargain", we will not perform refunds or exchanges.
  • You must contact customer service by email () to authorize the return. Our customer service will provide a return number to append to the returned order. You must have the order number and the information on the item to return, exchange or refund in hand.
  • WARNING: AUDIOAID shall not assume shipping fees for a return or an exchange except in the case of a mistake on our part in your order. You must assume the shipping fees to return merchandise to AUDIOAID and the shipping fees to return the right merchandise to your destination in the case of an exchange.
  • To avoid paying shipping fees, you may take the defective product yourself to our offices, at the address below. If you choose this option, our opening hours are the following: Monday to Thursday, 9AM to 5PM and Friday 9AM to 4PM. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Return With Exchange

  • If the product is defective within 30 days of purchase : please contact our returns service () to proceed with the return of the defective merchandise.
  • If the product is defective over 30 days after purchase : please refer to our Warranty Policy by clicking here.
  • If the product is not defective: we will not exchange the item.
  • Important Information :
    • Exchanges are only allowed for the same item.
    • Exchanges apply only to defective items or in the case of an order mistake.
    • You must contact customer service to authorize the exchange and prepay AUDIOAID’s shipping fees to your desired destination. PLEASE NOTE: the customer service representative may check the defectiveness of the item with you. You will be required to perform a few manipulations and answer a few questions to perform the checks.

Return with Refund

  • If the product is defective within 30 days of purchase : please contact our returns service () to proceed with the return of the defective merchandise.

  • If the product is not defective : we will not refund the item.

    • If the above mentioned criteria apply to the returned item, we will perform the refund.
    • No returns or refunds will be issued for batteries or maintenance products.
    • We will refund the item’s price and any taxes applied to the item.
    • We do not refund shipping fees or the taxes applied to those fees.
    • You have two refund options :

        Note of credit applied to your user account

      • The note of credit will be applied to your user account and is valid at any time.
      • You may apply it to you next purchase if you wish.
      • You will receive a note of credit confirmation via email within 3-4 days of the item's return.

        Refund on your credit card :

      • The amount will be credited to the same credit card as the one used to purchase the item.
      • You will receive a refund confirmation via email within 3-4 days f the item’s return.
